The Notification Templates in ONARKEN® allows you to customise the messages sent to users for various events, such as reminders, alerts, or updates. Editing these templates ensures that notifications are clear, consistent, and tailored to your organisation. By personalising notification templates, you can enhance communication and improve the user.
Required Permissions
To perform this action, your account must have the general.notification_templates permission.
Steps to Configure Card Number Settings

Log in to your ONARKEN account.
Ensure you are using an account with the necessary permissions. -
Access the Notifications page.
From the main menu, navigate to theNotificationspage. - Locate required Notification Template
Locate the template that you wish to edit. -
Edit the Template
From here you are able to customise the notification template, to fit your organisations requirements and needs.
1. Subject
Update the subject line of the email template
2. Content
You are able to change the entire content section of the email to suit your needs, using the copyable variables available. You can ensure that the user has all the information that they need.
3. Digital Pass
If the digital pass is enabled and configured, you can enter text that will be displayed on the digital pass notification.

4. Send Via
You can set how the notification is sent to your users, either via email or an apple wallet push notification.
Once you have followed these steps, your Notification Template will have been updated and ready to use.
