How do I add a new view to my report?

The View feature in ONARKEN® reporting allows you to enhance your reports by incorporating visual elements, such as pie charts, bar graphs, or other data visualisations. This functionality makes it easier to interpret complex data and present insights in an engaging, easily digestible format. By adding views to your reports, you can improve data analysis and provide clearer insights for decision-making.

Steps to adding views to a report

1. Log in to your ONARKEN account.
   Ensure you are using an account with the necessary permissions.
   
   

2. Access the Report page.
   From the main menu under the management tab, navigate to the Reporting page.
   
   

3. Access the Report
   Locate the required report, and click on the report to view it.
   
4. Add A View
   Navigate to the Options drop down menu, and select the Add View button. 
   
   1. Select how you would like this be to grouped.
   2. Select how you would like to view your report. 
   
   To view this new report view, navigate to the Views tab.
