The weekly digest is a detailed dashboard showing you various in depth analytics on what has occurred within your ONARKEN estate over the current week, or on the selected calendar week.
What is the Weekly Digest?
The weekly digest is a new dashboard feature, that displays in depth usage information on your smart lockers and other ONARKEN smart installations. The weekly digest contains a collection of numerical stats and graphs.
The weekly digest also displays comparative data, comparing usage of you connected smart lockers week by week, showing trends on locker usage on the current selected week compared to previous weeks.
The weekly digest is accessed clicking the analytics tab on the sidebar, then selecting 'Weekly digest'.
Data collected and displayed on the weekly digest includes:
- Total loans*
- Unique borrowers
- Percentage of loan count increase/decrease from previous week
- Percentage of unique borrower count increase/decrease from previous week
- Average loan length*
- Median loan length*
- Busiest times of day
- Loan breakdowns
- By access group
- By user role
- By asset type
- By loan rule selected
* For the selected period.
If you have displayed the weekly digest set to the current week before the week has finished, an 'in progress' message will display until the week is over.
You can easily select data from previous weeks by selecting the calendar, or by pressing the pagination buttons at the top right of the digest section.
- While viewing data from a previous week, button will be available to press next to the pagination buttons to take you instantly back to the current week.
