How do I remove a global admin card from my Envoy?

Removing an Admin Card allows administrators to remove cards that give administrative access to Envoy. This functionality helps maintain security by revoking outdated or unauthorised cards. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be reverted. If the admin card is required again in the future, it will need to be re-created.

Permissions Required

To arrange a collection, you must have the installations.remove_admins permission.

Steps to Arrange a Collection

Follow these steps to schedule a collection:

1. Log in to the ONARKEN Management Platform.
   Use your credentials to access the system.

    

2. Access the Smart Lockers page.
   From the main menu, navigate to the Smart Lockers page.
   
   

3. Access the required Smart Locker.
   From the Smart Lockers page, navigate to the required Smart Locker.

    

4. Access the Settings
   From the Smart Lockers view, navigate to the Settings tab and down to Global admin cards section.
   
   
5. Remove a card
   From here you will need to locate the card that you require to remove from the smart locker. Once found, you can navigate to the Trash Can icon, and once clicked follow the on-screen instructions to remove the admin card.

Once you have followed these steps, the selected Admin Card will have been permanently removed from the smart locker and will need to be recreated if it is required again in the future.
