For enhanced security, certain institutions may require users to complete a two-factor authentication process. With ONARKEN Smart Lockers, you can configure an additional layer of security by requiring users to enter a password after scanning.

Follow the steps below to activate password based secondary authentication for your Smart Lockers:

Log in to your ONARKEN account.
Access the platform with your administrator credentials. -
Navigate to the Smart Lockers menu.
SelectSmart Lockersfrom the main navigation menu. -
Select the desired Smart Locker.
Click onView Lockerfor the Smart Locker you want to configure. -
Access the Settings tab.
Once on the Locker page, open theSettingstab. -
Locate the Locker Configuration section.
Scroll down to theLocker Configurationarea within the Settings. -
Enable Secondary Authentication.
Set theSecondary Authenticationoption toFull keyboardby selecting the corresponding radio button.
