How to enforce PIN code authentication after user scan

For enhanced security, certain institutions may require users to complete a two-factor authentication process. With ONARKEN Smart Lockers, you can configure an additional layer of security by requiring users to enter a PIN code after scanning.

Follow the steps below to activate PIN-based secondary authentication for your Smart Lockers:

1. Log in to your ONARKEN account.
   Access the platform with your administrator credentials.
   
   

2. Navigate to the Smart Lockers menu.
   Select Smart Lockers from the main navigation menu.
   
   

3. Select the desired Smart Locker.
   Click on View Locker for the Smart Locker you want to configure.
   
   

4. Access the Settings tab.
   Once on the Locker page, open the Settings tab.
   
   

5. Locate the Locker Configuration section.
   Scroll down to the Locker Configuration area within the Settings.
   
   

6. Enable Secondary Authentication.
   Set the Secondary Authentication option to PIN by selecting the corresponding radio button.
