ONARKEN’s Drop-Off & Collection lockers enable users to securely swap assets using one-time codes or ID badges. This feature is ideal for scenarios where a user needs to exchange a faulty asset for a replacement, ensuring the faulty item is securely returned for repair while the user receives a functional replacement.
Permissions Required
To arrange a swap, you must have the drop_offs.create permission.
Steps to Arrange a Swap
Follow these steps to schedule and manage an asset swap:

Log in to the ONARKEN Management Platform.
Use your credentials to access the system. -
Access the Quick Action Menu.

Quick Actionbutton from the main navigation menu. - Alternatively, use the
/keyboard shortcut for quicker access.

Select the Arrange Swap Option.
- Click
Arrange Swapfrom the Quick Action menu.

Choose the Asset Record or Provide a Description (for the item being dropped off):
- Asset Tab:
If the faulty asset is already recorded in ONARKEN, locate it using theAssettab. - Asset Description Tab:
If the faulty asset is not pre-recorded, switch to theAsset Descriptiontab and manually enter a description.

Select a Smart Locker Bay (for the replacement asset):
- Use the Smart Locker selector and map to locate the locker bay containing the replacement asset.
- Use the Smart Locker selector and map to locate the locker bay containing the replacement asset.

Complete the Arrangement:

Arrangeto finalise the swap setup.

Provide the One-Time Code to the User:
- A one-time code will be generated.
- Share this code with the user to facilitate the swap. The user will use the code to access the locker containing the replacement asset and place the faulty asset in the locker.
