How do I import users in to ONARKEN?

Importing Users into ONARKEN, allows you to bulk import multiple users into ONARKEN®. This functionality streamlines user management, enabling efficient onboarding and ensuring that all users have appropriate access to the Smart Lockers.

Required Permissions

To import users, your account must have the users.import permission.

Steps to import users

1. Log in to your ONARKEN account.
   Ensure you are using an account with the necessary permissions.
   
   

2. Access the Users page.
   From the main menu, navigate to the Users page.
   

3. Import Users
   Locate the Import Users button and upload a CSV file of your existing users. 
   
   You can use the downloadable template as a guide to see how ONARKEN requires this file for import.

Once you have followed these steps, all users will have been imported into ONARKEN. Once this process has been completed, you will receive an email notification.
