We are excited to introduce a new feature called "Requested Access," which enhances control over certain loaning locker bays by setting them apart from the general loan pool. Regardless of user permissions, these designated locker bays will not be available for general use.
Exclusive Administrator Control
- Restricted Access: Locker bays set to "Requested Access" are excluded from the general loan pool, ensuring that only administrators can grant access to these assets.
- One-Off Reservations: Administrators can make reservations for assets on behalf of users, providing access on a one-off basis as needed.
Enhanced Security and Access Control
This feature is ideal for situations where loaning lockers are necessary but the assets require a higher level of access control. By using "Requested Access," organisations can:
