New Features
Drop off and Collection Analytics
A new section has been added to the added to the analytics section dedicated to drop off and collection analytics.
Summary
The summary page shows a line graph displaying counts of all drop off, collection and swap transactions that have taken place at your lockers over a specified period of time.
You can filter this display per locker, and you can customise the time period shown on the summary (the default is for the last 30 days).
Stale assets
The stale assets page shows a report all devices that have remained in (drop-off and collection) lockers for an extended period of time. This is useful if you need to track assets in lockers and you need to take them out for inventory checking, maintenance or updating.
There are buttons present to easily view more details of the last transaction that took place with the asset, and to easily arrange a collection of the asset. You are also able to adjust the stale asset period filter from a minimum of 1 day to a full calendar year (365 days) - the default period is 30 days.
Changes
Availability Insights adjustment
The availability insights graph has been changed, to display a 'peak on loan' and 'loans active during hour'. The loans active during hour (line displayed in pink) statistic tracks all loans that have occurred during the hour long period, so if an asset has been loaned and returned during the hour, multiple loans will be recorded for this period. The peak on loan statistic (line displayed in green) tracks all devices currently on loan at the end of the hour long period.
Available asset count breakdown will be displayed whenever you hover over a data point.
Localised expiry times in API responses
The timestamp sent in drop off, collection and swap transactions on the API now use the installation timezone when sending timestamps instead of sending a UTC timestamp.
Customisable Name used in email responses
A new setting has been added to configure the name ONARKEN emails are sent from. This 'Mail From' setting is now used in email notifications and reports sent from ONARKEN, and as the display name in email communications. This is to allow you to customise and brand your emails from ONARKEN, so your end users know the emails originate from your organisation.
The 'Mail From' setting is found in Settings > General Settings.
Ticket Settings Help Article Link Added
A link to a help article on our support website has been added on the ticket tab on the settings page.
