ONARKEN allows you to block users for a designated time period if they return their loans late. This feature acts as a preventative measure to discourage future late returns, ensuring your loaning service remains fair and efficient for all users.
Blocking users is managed through Loan Rules, enabling you to customise the actions based on the loan duration and circumstances of the late return. Additionally, the feature includes an optional grace period to accommodate situations beyond the user’s control, such as locker availability.
