How do I enable Reservations?

The Reservations feature in ONARKEN allows either administrators to reserve assets for users or users to reserve assets for themselves via the My ONARKEN web application.

By default, reservations are disabled in new ONARKEN instances. Follow the steps below to enable this feature.

Permissions Required

To enable reservations, you must have the loaning.settings permission.

Steps to Enable Reservations

1. Log in to the ONARKEN management platform.
   Use your administrator credentials to access the system.
   
   

2. Access the Settings page.
   From the main navigation menu, click Settings.
   
   

3. Locate the Reservation Settings section.
   Scroll down to the Reservation Settings section.
   
   

4. Enable Reservations.
   Toggle the Reservations Enabled option to On.

Additional Note
